Doing business in the PRIVATE vs. the PUBLIC

What is a P.M.A.? It is not an LLC, a corporation, a sole proprietorship, or a non-profit, as those entities do business in the PUBLIC. A P.M.A. or Private Membership Association is a legal entitiy that can conduct business like a 'club'. It invites its customers to join their P.M.A., pay a fee and sign the agreement to become a member. The agreement outlines it's 'articles of association' that the members abide by, in order to do business. Viola! The group is now doing business with it's members in the PRIVATE, where public health orders and governments or police, or governing bodies that rule over the public, do not apply. Really. You may want to read that again.

How long have PMA's been around? Remember prohibition during the 40s? A 'speak easy' was a PMA. A place where paid members could go into the 'club' and drink alcohol even though there was a law that it was illegal to consume or sell alcohol. But that law only applied to the PUBLIC, not a bP.M.A. that was legally doing business in the PRIVATE.

How does it stand up under the Supreme Court Rules? So far, the Supreme Courts of Canada and the United States have not been able to override the terms of a private contract unless there is "clear and present danger.” This means that if the Articles of Association state that members may buy raw milk, eggs, meat, pray, teach, offer health guidance, sell or barter goods, assemble, protest, or raise ostrich eggs for research, then public-sector laws that apply to the general public, do not apply to the private members of the association, nor to the Trustee of the P.M.A. You may want to read that again.

What examples are there of a PMA? The Boys Club of america. The Bar Association. Fun Fact: It's called the 'bar' after the symbol where in a courtroom, the 'bar' or railing separates the public from the lawyers and judge. The WEF - World Economic Forum. The Bildeburg group. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police - ever notice that if you refer to an officer as an employee, the officer will correct you to refer to them as a member. Most golf courses - ever been to one and they stop you at the door and say "Sorry, we serve private members only". The Hells Angels. Most Amish families and farms. Fun Fact: In Texas, many counties are still dry, sale and consumption of alcohol is still illigal, but you can still buy and consume alcohol in a P.M.A. The American Medical Association. The list goes on and on.

Does a PMA work in USA and Canada? Yes.

Where can I get a PMA made? Right here. The Farmers Underground is a registered sales representative, for a PMA maker, that has made thousands of P.M.A.s, since prohibition. Included in the price to make one for you, is LIFETIME support to combat any issue, fine, charge that would need to be stopped at the Supreme Court level. They cannot represent you in court, as they are not lawyers, but the P.M.A. is already predesigned to have it's articles of association written to forsee any issues that could arise. THAT is what you are paying for.

How much does it cost to make a PMA? There are 2 prices available to make a PMA. One is for a business that are not in the middle of an issue, and one that is $10,000 higher, if you are.

Can't I just go to a lawyer to make me one? A lawyer can't make you one. They are a member of a P.M.A. (The Bar Assocation) so no, that's a conflict. I've interviewed 40 groups that claim to be able to make a P.M.A. and I don't think they are as experienced as this one that we represent and I don't know of other firms that offer lifetime support.

Can't you tell me who the P.M.A. makers are? They prefer to remain annononmous until you have the interview to discuss your needs. After that you can have complete access.

Can a PMA have a bank account? Yes.

Who can make a PMA? Anyone. Churches, farmers, schools, wellness centers, doctors, nurse practicitoners, dining clubs, strip clubs, niche groups, anyone who wants to do business in the private and avoid public laws and government overreach that could effect them.
